The company Yarn & Crochet, Self-employed, SIRET n°89263962600050, VAT not applicable, article 293B of the French General Tax Code (CGI), hereinafter referred to as "The Company", offers physical and digital products for sale on the website https://yarn-and-crochet.com, hereinafter referred to as "the Site".

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern all transactions between the Company and any natural or legal person, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer", wishing to make a purchase via the Site.

Article 1 - Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between the Company and the Customer, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase of physical and digital products made through the Site.

Article 2 - Products

The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible on the Site, including photographs and descriptions. Digital products include downloadable files, while physical products may include crocheted creations, accessories, or other handmade items. Images and descriptions may contain minor variations, which the Customer accepts when placing an order.

Article 3 - Price

Prices are shown in euros (€), VAT not applicable, article 293B of the French General Tax Code (CGI), excluding delivery charges. The Company reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price applied will be the one in effect at the time the order is validated.

Article 4 - Orders

Orders are placed directly on the Website. Any confirmed order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. An order summary will be sent to the Customer by email after confirmation.

Article 5 - Payment

Payment is due upon placement of the order. Payments can be made by credit card via a secure system (Stripe). Bank details are not stored by the Company and are processed securely.

Article 6 - Delivery

Physical products: Physical products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer at the time of ordering. The Company accepts no responsibility for errors made by the Customer when entering the address. Delivery costs, calculated based on the destination and the weight of the package, are displayed during order confirmation.

• Products in stock: The Company undertakes to ship products described as "in stock" within a maximum of 7 to 10 days from the validation of the order and payment.
• Custom-made products: For products made "to order", the Company undertakes to manufacture and ship them within 3 to 5 weeks from the validation of the order and payment.
Although the Company strives to meet these deadlines, it cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to exceptional circumstances or third parties, including postal services or carriers.

Digital products: Downloadable products (patterns, guides, PDF files) are accessible immediately after order confirmation and payment. A download link is sent by email and is also accessible from the customer account, if applicable.

Article 7 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with legal provisions, the Customer has a 14-day withdrawal period for physical products, starting from the date of receipt. The product must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products once the download link has been activated by the Customer.

Article 8 - Availability and cancellation

Physical products are offered subject to availability. In the event of unavailability, the Customer will be notified by email and will have the option to cancel their order or wait for the product to be restocked.

Article 9 - Warranty

The Company guarantees that the products conform to the descriptions and photographs presented on the Website. However, slight variations in color may occur due to the Customer's screen display settings, which the Customer acknowledges and accepts.

In the event of a proven non-conformity or defective product, the Customer has 30 days from receipt of the order to request, at their discretion, an exchange or a refund. To exercise this right, the Customer must contact the Company via the contact email address, providing a description of the defect and proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Company in case of non-conformity or defect.

Article 10 - Personal Data

The Company is committed to respecting the confidentiality of the Customer's personal data, in accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act. The information collected is used solely for processing the order and will never be shared with third parties.

Article 11 - Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site, including texts, images, digital files, and products, are the exclusive property of the Company. Any reproduction, use, or redistribution of these elements is prohibited without the Company's express authorization.

Article 12 - Liability

The Company disclaims all liability for damages resulting from misuse of the products sold or any damages arising from the use of the Website. In the event that the Company is found liable, the amount of damages will be limited to the order amount.

Article 13 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after attempting to reach an amicable solution, jurisdiction is granted to the French courts.
