Materials
• Super Bulky yarn of your choice
• Black yarn for details
• 6.0 mm crochet hook
• 16 mm safety eyes
• Stuffing
• Wool needle
• Scissors
• Stitch marker
Abbreviations
st – stitch
MC – magic circle
ch – chain
slst – slip stitch
sc – single crochet
dc – double crochet
inc – increase
dec – invisible decrease
normal-dec – normal decrease
BLO – back loop only
FLO – front loop only
(…) x N – repeat these instructions N times
*…* – repeat these instructions in the same stitch
[…] – number of stitches obtained at the end of the row

The Head
With the « purple » yarn. This pattern is worked in continuous rounds.
Insert the eyes between rounds 12 and 13, 8 stitches apart.
Embroider the mouth between rounds 13 and 14.
Stuff the head.
Finish with a slst, then close the circle.
The Tentacles
Start with the « purple » yarn, then switch to « white » yarn on every other tentacle.
Starting from Round 21, insert the hook into the front loop only.
Continue with the other 7 tentacles, alternating colors.
Finish with a slst in the front loop of the first stitch.
Cut the yarn.
The Star
With the « white » yarn
Cut the yarn, leaving a long tail for sewing.
Sew the star onto the side of the head.
